If you know one of these is a real customer's network (for example your own office), allow it.

How this works
Once per visit: when someone opens your store, the app checks their browser and their internet connection once for that visit. It adds no delay for normal shoppers and never slows the page while it checks.
Robot-controlled browsers: card-testing and scraping tools drive a real browser by software, often with no screen. The browser itself says so, and the app reads that.
Data centres and proxies: real shoppers use home, mobile or office internet. Bots rent servers from cloud companies (Amazon, Google Cloud, Tencent and many smaller hosts). The app looks up the network the visit comes from. Apple's iCloud Private Relay, home and mobile networks are never flagged.
Good bots welcome: Google, Bing, Apple, social media previews, AI shopping assistants and speed tests are never checked, so your search listings and shopping ads are not affected.
Watch only blocks nobody and counts who would have been blocked. Block shows those visitors a short message instead of your store and refuses cart and checkout requests from that page.
"I'm a person" button: a real shopper on a VPN can press and hold it to continue. Bots rarely do. You see how many people used it.
Privacy: visitor IP addresses are used for the check and never stored. The app keeps only daily counts and network names. It holds no customer data.
Turning it off: choose Off here, or switch off the app embed in your theme editor. Uninstalling removes it completely.
